These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Brainayan and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in in for the resolution of any disputes.

Cancellation and Enrollment Transfer by Trainees:

• Cancellations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our program planning and resource allocation, refunds will not be offered for cancellations initiated by trainees.
• Enrollment Transfer: In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different Open Program course offered by our company, subject to the following conditions:
  • Equal or lesser Cost: The new program you choose must be of equal or lesser cost to your original program.
  • Notification Deadline: You must notify us of your desire to transfer your enrollment at least 3 business days before the start date of your original program.
  • One-Time Transfer: You may only transfer your enrollment once.
  • Material Transferability: Any materials or resources included with the original program may not be transferable to the new program.

Cancellations by Us (the Training Provider)

• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a training session, you will be notified via email with at least 2 business days’ notice. You will then be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your registration for a future session at your convenience.

Notification Process:

• To cancel your enrollment or request an enrollment transfer, you must notify us in writing via email to info@brain-ayan.com.
• Your notification will be considered received on the next business day following its transmission.

Additional Considerations:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
• This policy applies to all online Open Program registrations for Brainayan training sessions.
