Team Development: We work with you to define the opportunity, whether it’s building trust, going above and beyond work, communicating effectively, being more inclusive, being open and honest with each other, developing comfort with ambiguity or something else we haven’t seen yet. Then we design an intervention that will bring the team together, think about the opportunity, find ways to get at it, and make and act on commitments. We do this in multiple settings: offsite – onsite, in a room or outdoors, discussion – activity-based, small or big groups. Our team activities are intense and fun and packed with insights.
