With the people-first management models, it’s taxing for managers to take in the Gen Z behavioural preferences and lead empathetically while getting things done. This program offers research based insights into the Gen Z behavioural preferences and what their expectations from the workplace and managers are. It unpacks challenges and research-based best practices to engage Gen Z more effectively. This program is an opportunity to engage in a conversation that can be sensitive and challenging and learn with a peer set that is experimenting with it as well.
