Our Diversity and Inclusion program is created to promote an inclusive culture through targeted actions in five main areas. These areas are understanding the key concepts of DEIB, understanding how to manage bias and inclusion, and designing a strategic approach to a DEIB-first workplace. This comprehensive approach ensures that every part of your organization is aware of and moves to a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We also help clients create ODIs (organizational development interventions), starting with the current state of affairs, setting goals, design long-range roadmaps, and walking with our clients through the journey – leading leadership discussions, delivering workshops, TTT for managers and DEIB champions to run bias discussions in their teams, rethinking D&I policies – anything that may need work and move the needle.

COURSE DURATION

16 Hours, can be customized to increase/decrease the hours.
The program is initially set for 16 hours but can be customized to fit your needs. You also have the flexibility to choose the format, from short workshops to in-depth Organizational Development Interventions (ODIs). Short-term courses are 16 hours, while ODIs can range from 3 months to 3 years.
