OBJECTIVE

Strong leadership and effective management are critical to the success of any thriving enterprise. BHTC, a global leader in climate control and thermal management, recognized the need to develop its internal managerial talent to support its growth. Partnering with Brainayan, a pioneering leadership development firm, BHTC launched the “Magic Beans” program-an innovative initiative aimed at
