WELCOME TO THE CULTURE COMPASS

The Culture Compass program is designed to help organisations cultivate a desired culture by discovering and articulating values and core principles of the organisation and activating and embedding them through behaviours and rituals across the organization. It provides the North Star for everybody at the company for how to operate day to day, as well as strategically. It offers leaders the guardrails within which they need to lead the organisation.

Introduction: 

Participants will be introduced to the foundational elements of creating and sustaining a desired workplace culture. The program covers defining the current and desired culture, identifying key behaviours, and recognizing cultural symbols.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Define the desired culture within the organization.

2.

Assess the gap between the current and the desired culture.

3.

Identify and establish key behaviours that align with the intended culture.

4.

Recognize and implement cultural symbols that reinforce the desired culture.

5.

Support stakeholders through effective communication and leadership.

6.

Create a scorecard with specific deliverables, which will allow for effective monitoring of progress and ensure that the goals of the cultural change are achieved.

Defining the current and desired culture using culture components

Assessing gap and defining cultural goals

Identifying mindsets and behaviours important to activate the new culture

Creating an organizational plan to embed new culture behaviours across the organization, including communication planning

Creating and using culture symbols and rituals

Listening, receiving feedback, offering support channels through the change

COURSE SCHEDULE

This is a one day course offered to culture change champions, including the HR team members, as well as business leaders. You can opt to sign up just for the course or for a full culture-change intervention.
