Most leadership development programs invariably include a component of coaching, given it is the best way to personalize the growth journey of a leader. COACHING OFFERS

Sometimes, coaching and mentoring are confused. The distinction between the two is that a mentor is somebody who has “been there, done that” and can mentor people using their experience. Therefore, a mentor needs to be from the same industry and role. A coach, however, is an expert who opens the brain space for you to find your own solutions. They don’t have to have the experience of your industry or role. A coach helps you “think it through” using their expertise in making you explore the problem from multiple perspectives to find a reframe.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Typically, a coaching engagement can be a chemistry conversation – three conversations – mid-point check in – three conversations – final check in. However, number of the sessions are dependent on the kind of need, the readiness of the individual, and immediacy and complexity of the engagement.
