Building Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is “a belief that you won't be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes and that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking”—Amy Edmonson. Google's Project Aristotle identified psychological safety as the number one factor for team effectiveness. We believe the foundation of psychological safety is trust—trust of capability, trust of character and trust of communication. Brainayan's Building Psychological Safety is a three session program built on our proprietary model: 3Cs of Trust
