The IMF’s report on April 6, 2020 says that due to COVID-19 pandemic, the global economy is projected to contract by 3 percent, much worse than during the 2008-09 financial crisis. While some economies are scrambling to get started again, countries like India have extended their lockdowns. This is going to have a spiraling effect on everybody.

A Wakefit.co survey reports that WFH is making 67% Indians suffer from sleep deprivation. 49% of the respondents reported concerns related to the COVID situation like job security, managing finances, worries about family and friends’ security as the reasons for sleeplessness. We are in a tough situation.
